DMCA Policy for Blog Police Clearance Philippines

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the Philippines/US, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake.

4. Our Action

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the infringing content within 24-72 hours. We may also notify the user who posted the content.
